Process Development and Improvement

We offer a variety of process strategies, from development of new processes to improvement of existing methods. We have experience in large scale processes for an entire healthcare system, including documentation, policies, and workflow design.

The End User Experience

How will your product be received in the healthcare setting? What questions or issues will arise and how can you plan for entry into the market or continued improvements? Allow us to help answer those questions to better prepare you for sales.

Marketing Direction & Sales Team Training

One of our specialties is learning about your product and showing you how a clinician would sell it. We can direct your marketing to allow your product to reach the public quickly and effectively. We are also able to teach your sales team how to connect with different members of the healthcare team, from nurses to doctors to CEOs to IT professionals

Clinical Guidance for the Telemetry Population

Our area of expertise is within the cardiac patient population. We have created processes to overcome many challenges that are common among all institutions. Examples include: Proper utilization of cardiac monitoring, rhythm identification, event escalation training, documentation, discontinuation, and centralization. Let us assist your organization with the complex populations that crosses the boundaries into Biomed and middleware technologies.

White Paper Production

We have written case studies at large healthcare systems; researching the product, observing it in action, and relaying that information into a white paper for sales. We can highlight your product so that the healthcare team sees its advantages the same way that you do.
