“Our nursing careers have been very fulfilling. The focus has always been on the educational development of our staff and improving patient outcomes. This was the driving force behind the creation of our company. Our passion is to help develop and implement processes and to offer guidance for our clients to enhance the patient experience on a broader scale. We guarantee that the relationship with our clients will always hold the same devotion and individualization.”
What We Do
COR will act as a partner on Strategic Planning engagements to assess the current state of a healthcare program, curriculum, or process. We will develop recommendations through an integrated approach working alongside community partners and key stakeholders to achieve the future desired state.
Clinical Operations Engagement
Clinical Operations continues to be a challenge for healthcare organizations. External drivers such as efficiency, reimbursement, and staffing shortages can often be overwhelming. COR is committed to providing individualized cost-effective strategies targeting improvements that will create sustainable change with the greatest impact.
Clinical Service & Product Design
COR’s intimate approach is to walk beside the client while understanding the desired state of a clinical product or service. We evaluate aesthetics, functionality, and readiness of medical devices or clinical software to enhance end-user adoption.
Training Solution Services
Training Solution Services (TSS) provide an all-inclusive experience customized to your training needs. COR will provide the education plan and training materials to provide clinical support from contract execution through implementation in an effort to achieve full adoption of the new clinical service.

The nursing profession is varied in specialty. Our area of expertise is rooted in caring for the cardiac patient population. We have experience in designing processes to overcome many challenges that are common among all healthcare organizations. COR can use this clinical domain to impact your telemetry utilization, processes, event escalation, documentation, role-based competencies, and centralization needs. We have a strong relationship with industry partners and other institutions to help you better manage this complex patient population.
COR believes that the healthcare profession demands strong leadership skills. We have a passion for coaching and developing healthcare providers. From simple team building exercises to complex interdisciplinary simulations we are available to customize your needs and or topic of choice.

CléMetric worked with the COR Clinical Consultants to enhance key features and visual appeal of our software to cater to a spectrum of healthcare professionals (nurses, physicians, researchers, and administrators). We were thrilled when the COR team helped us decode highly technical concepts to extremely functional meanings. That was above and beyond our expectations in terms of broad-based acceptance. COR can help you get to the core of your issues to find solutions. We highly recommend them.
-Gergens Polynice, CEO at Clemetric
COR is hardworking, knowledgeable and incredibly customer focused. They have built computer-based training modules for our customers, making our software fit seamlessly into their clinical workflow. They are thorough in their materials and are always responsive to both customer needs and our needs! They also have served as clinical experts and their feedback is invaluable. It has been a pleasure working with COR and I look forward to doing many more projects with them in the future!
-Adele Lolus, Commercial Operations & Finance Manager at Excel Medical
For the last six months, COR has been assisting me with a major project to help design an effective plan to meet the healthcare needs of residents that are forced to enter evacuation shelters here in Georgia. I first met Nicole Denham and her partner Bonnie Matthews when they volunteered through the local Medical Reserve Corps to work in a Hurricane Irma evacuation shelter. Their work in the shelter using their nursing skills was beyond amazing, and they also came back with a lot of ideas to improve processes, documentation methods, and more in a shelter. When I found out they also did consulting work, I eagerly hired them to help us improve our shelter planning process. They are wonderful; I highly recommend them. They are bright, passionate about their work, thorough, listen well and understand your needs, come up with thoughtful ideas to make the project better, and produce high-quality products on a timely basis. They are also a lot of fun to work with, which is a bonus. You will not be sorry if you hire them to help you with a project.
